A man suffered life-changing injuries after he was involved in a crash.
The man was injured after a white Fiat Sport crashed in London Road, Purfleet, around 5.30pm on Monday (March 1).
He was rushed to hospital in London after suffering what police described as "life-changing" injuries to his leg, arm and chest.
The driver, a man aged in his 30s, remained at the scene and has not been arrested.
Officers are now appealing for anyone with information or dash cam footage of the incident to contact 101 and quote crime reference number 986.
