MISTLEY Rugby Club have made an impressive start to pre-season training.
The club's players have been working hard under the guidance of Faye Fearn, at BusyBody's gym, in Station Road, Manningtree.
They had an extensive one-hour session last weekend to improve their fitness and further sessions will be held each Saturday, starting at 12.30pm until the end of August.
This is in addition to drill training at Furze Hill, each Tuesday and Wednesday, in preparation for the first game in the Suffolk Plate competition on September 3, at home to Haverhill.
Any new members are welcome, from the age of 17 onwards.
