A TRIO of Harwich, Dovercourt and Parkeston Swimming Club youngsters qualified for the Swim England East Regional Championships.
Covering East Anglia, these events were held in Luton and Norwich.
Daryl Rands competed in the 50 metres breaststroke, Matt Kent the 50m backstroke and Oliver Dann the 50m butterfly.
It has been a number of years since the club have had any swimmers qualify for the regional championships.
To have three qualifying this year is therefore a credit to the coaches, club and parents, but especially to the boys for their hard work and determination.
