HARWICH and Parkeston Football Club have confirmed their management set-up for next season.

Mike Wallace, Gary Kioussis and Daryl Eagle will remain in charge of the Thurlow Nunn League first division south side, for the 2021-22 campaign.

Wallace took over the reins last December 2019, following the departure of previous manager Kieron Shelley.

He immediately brought in Gary Kioussis as his assistant and the duo led the Shrimpers to the Division One Cup semi-finals and almost getting them back into promotion contention.

He helped them turn their results around improved considerably heading into the 2020-21 campaign, which was curtailed to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Harwich were 15th in the table when this season ended prematurely, having played 11 games.

Harwich's Reserves will have a slight change, with Gavin Hewitt running the side with Mark Palmer.

Greg Borthwick will be taking a step back from management, due to work commitments although he will still be involved where he can.

Harwich have placed on record their thanks to Borthwick and are glad he is remaining involved with the club.

Harwich say they hope to have news regarding their midweek under-18s side very soon.
