COLCHESTER United played out a 0-0 draw with ten-man Stevenage, on Saturday afternoon.

The U's did everything but score against a Boro side for whom goalkeeper Paul Furman was in great form.

Colchester took on a Stevenage side who played for 70 minutes with ten men, following Tom Soares' red card.

The Gazette's Colchester United reporter Jonathan Waldron provides his assessment of the performance, following the frustrating goal-less draw.
