HIGGS Brian Michael Passed away peacefully at home on 8th November 2015, aged 78 years. Devoted Husband of Jean, Loving Dad of Sarah & Mark, Father in Law of Iain. Much Loved Grandad of Stuart, Laura, Leo and Laurie. Funeral service to be held at All Saints Church, Dovercourt on Thursday 19th November at 2pm, followed by Interment at Oakfield Wood Cemetery, Wrabness.
