PAYNE Percy Passed away in his sleep on 21st January 2017 in Colchester Hospital after a short illness. Private Cremation for family only will be held at Weeley Crematorium on Wednesday 22nd February. Family flowers only and donations if desired to CoHoC (Cardio Unit at Colchester Hospital) may be sent to Geo. Paskell Funeral Service 15 High Street, Manningtree CO11 1AG
