Evans Joan Passed peacefully away on Monday 16th April 2018, Aged 75 Years. Devoted Wife of The Late Tom, Loving Mum of Adrian, Warren & Nikki and much loved Grandmother of Jacob, Dear Sister to Betty and June and adored Aunt of Sally. Funeral Service to be held at Weeley Crematorium on Wednesday 23rd May at 1.15pm.
