Village reopens youth centre

A VILLAGE youth centre restarted two years after it was shut down is hoped to launch dj courses, clay animation, even help youngsters pass their driving theory test.
Wix Youth Club has been reopened by volunteers at the village hall in Harwich Road.
It is also hoped the club will find funding and grants to host a six-week DJ workshop, clay animation similar to Wallace and Grommit, and a first-aid course.
The youth club will be open on Friday nights from 6pm to 7.15pm for 11 to 13 year olds, and from 7.30pm to 9.15pm for 14 ro 17 year olds.
