DRIVERS had a lucky escape when their cars crashed at a notorious junction.

Two cars collided on A120 near the Harwich Road junction in Great Bromley just before 6.30pm on Wednesday, November 28.

Police, two ambulances and a rapid response car rushed to the scene as two patients needed medical help.

Both were taken to Colchester General Hospital, one suffering chest pains and another with leg injuries.

another crash at the A120 junction. how many people are going to start up the old they need to do something about that junction. when will people realise its not the junction thats the problem its the dangerous drivers on the road that cant due the correct speed that cause these accidents everyday not a junction.

Well said essexboy35. There is absolutely nothing wrong with these junctions, it is the idiot drivers. I use this particular junction on a daily basis during daylight and during darkness and I never have a problem. If people want to try and risk pulling out then it is their stupid fault if they get hit but I do feel sorry for the poor person driving straight along the A120 when such idiots pull out. If everyone used commonsense and drove responsibly then this sort of thing would not happen.

If they start on about the road being dangerous they all need their heads testing. The A120 is not dangerous, the idiots on it are. Two evenings last week I had to perform emergency stops because people couldn't wait. Yes we all want to get home but you can see a car coming and if you can't you shouldn't be driving.
