A DECISION over plans for a huge new business park which would create hundreds of jobs in our area looks set to be delayed again.
Tendring Council was expected to rule on the proposals at the end of last year after the time limit was initially extended by three months.
But now the council has asked for more time to determine the plans. It is thought a decision will now be made by the end of February.
Outline plans include more than 28,000sqm of floorspace for general industry, storage and distribution, and a bus depot.
There will also be a 100fthigh telecoms mast, providing business-quality broadband to the whole district.
A spokesman for the applicant Croland Ltd said they expected the application to go before Tendring Council’s planning committee in February.
