VULNERABLE residents are nowable to collect clothes and blankets from a new pop-up shop.

Winter Warmers helped more than 400 people last year in Clacton, and now the project has moved to Tendring Council’s office in Waddesdon Road, Dovercourt, and opened last Monday.

The shop is a joint initiative between the council and the Citizens Advice Bureau, and will be run in partnership with the Fire Service.
