LOCAL tributes have been paid to union boss Bob Crow who died at the age of 52.
Mr Crow led the Rail Maritime and Transport (RMT) union from 2002 and became one of Britain's most high-profile union leaders.
Harwich councillor Ivan Henderson worked with Mr Crow during a secondment to the RMT in 1991.
Speaking about Mr Crow, he said: “I think the RMT have a hard act to follow, Bob gained a lot for members.”
