GREEN fingered kids have been gardening for a good cause.
Children aged three and four from Noah’s Nursey in Barrack Lane, Harwich have spent the winter growing daffodils and now they have bloomed the flowers will be sold to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care.
More than 60 children took part in the project and manager Carol Beeson is proud of their efforts.
“The children have loved getting their hands dirty and watching the flowers grow,” she said.
