Torchlight protest over blackout to be held tonight
THE first protest against the Essex County Council blackout will be held tonight.
Concerned residents will hold a torch vigil across Harwich as the clock ticks over to midnight.
Residents will stand under street lights which go off at midnight as part of the County Hall cost cutting.
