AN AUTHOR and sports television presenter will be swapping his pen for the palace when he introduces a special film in Harwich.
Matt Rendell lives in the town between his work assignments, which most recently include covering the Giro d’Italia - he is currently preparing to cover the 2014 Tour de France for ITV.
But on today he will be taking to the stage at the Electric Palace to introduce a film based on his award-winning book The Death of Marco Pantani.
The Accidental Death of a Cyclist will be screened at 7.15pm and afterwards there will be a question and answer session
