THE NEW flood warning system in Harwich will be explained to residents by the Environment Agency.
A member of the body’s flood incident team will address residents at Harwich Town Council’s planning committee meeting on Wednesday March 7.
The town’s flood siren was removed last year and replaced with a text and email alert system to cut costs.
The speaker, David Kemp, will answer questions from the public.
The meeting is at 7pm.
