A teenage singer braved the cold and took to the streets of Dovercourt to raise money for charity.
Charlotte Forman, 17, of Aderne Close, Dovercourt, is in the regional final of national talent competition Live and Unsigned, and decided to combine practising with charity work.
Charlotte, who has been singing since she was a child and playing guitar for three years, performed her own songs and covers as she busked in Dovercourt market in the High Street.
The Colchester Institute student will be running a charity gig at the Captain Fryatt Pub in Garland Road, Parkeston on March 9 to raise more money for Great Ormond Street.
