TWICE as many people agreed local band District 3 should have been voted off the X Factor than not, a poll has revealed.
District 3, which included Manningtree High School and Chase Lane Primary School pupil Greg West, was voted off the ITV show two weeks ago.
They were up against fellow boyband Union J in the sing-off and Gary Barlow and Nichole Scherzinger chose to send the District 3 home.
Tulisa, who didn’t have chance to use her vote, said she would have saved District 3.
An online poll on The Standard homepage found 44 per cent felt it was time for the boys to leave, but 21 per cent thought Rylan should have left instead.
Meanwhile 35 per cent of voters said they didn’t know what the X Factor was.
